Below you will find a detailed description of each package along with some definitions of certain services included in each for a better understanding of what each package is comprised of. Proposal Planning

Proposal Coordination : $75 p/hr (1 hr. minimum)

Post Proposal Coordination : $50 p/hr (1 hr. minimum)

Guided Ring Selection : $50 p/hr (1 hr. minimum)

Concept Consultation

$100 Due Immediately

Consider this package as the “base” of your proposal-planning pyramid. This is where it all begins. You will meet with your Planner to get the ball rolling. This package will include the following:

In addition to proposal planning, Those Four Words offers a variety of wedding planning packages for the bride & groom to be. We understand each couple's style differs which is why we have different levels of service ranging from being there on the day of the wedding to make sure everything runs according to your plan to full planning which includes vendor negotiating & booking as well as orchestrating the plan on the day of.

Wedding Planning

$600 Deposit / $200 non-refundable if cancelled after grace period.

The Platinum Package is for the busy bride on the go! Your personal Wedding Planner will be with you through the planning process from beginning to “I do”. We will research, negotiate and book all vendors and coordinate the wedding on the day of. The last thing the bride and groom need to be worrying about on this special day are the little details. We’ve got that covered so you can focus on each other! Those Four Words will make sure this is a day you’ll never want to forget and that everything goes exactly as you’ve always dreamt!

The Gold Package is designed for the bride with a busy schedule. Your personal Wedding Planner will assist with researching, negotiating, and booking all vendors for your big day! We want to make sure that every dream you’ve ever had about your wedding day comes true. Those Four Words will guide you through the planning process and handle all of the logistics to ensure a stress free wedding day for the bride & groom!

Silver

Prices starting at $500

$200 Deposit / Non-refundable if cancelled after grace period.

The Silver package is for the DIY bride! We understand many ladies want to put their special touch on this special day but don’t want the stress of making sure everything goes smoothly on the day of. Your big day is for you and your loved ones to enjoy so don’t fret! Your personal Wedding Planner will meet with you prior to the wedding to go over all of the details and will be present on the day of to make sure it all plays out accordingly. Essentially, this package provides you with a Wedding Day Assistant – something every bride could use!
